7th form tenchinage, Basic.
Uke enters, punching 7th Form.
Nage drives down using an X block movement, then transferring into a lead with the left hand and driving the right into and downwards to drive Uke into the mat. The left arm is used to draw in and control Ukes arm while the technique is completed with a punch to the head.
